We are always looking for good people to join our team of web technology experts and Drupal specialists, based in Witney, Oxfordshire. We are focused on delivering realistic technical solutions to a diverse range of customers, supporting them for the long term. Our clients include colleges and departments at the University of Oxford, local businesses and charities.
We’re a small, friendly team where you’ll have lots of opportunities to learn, challenge yourself and develop your skills. We have an active learning and development programme, made up of on-the-job learning, coaching and training, covering technical skills, personal skills and business skills. Our culture values excellence, learning and care, and these weave through the way that we work and collaborate.
We have a strong commitment to offering opportunities to young people and see apprenticeships as an important way to bring in new talent. 50% of the team has come through the apprenticeship route, and we currently have two team members doing a software development degree apprenticeship. We have recently been selected as finalists for the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards ‘Apprenticeship Employer – Small Business’ and ‘Work Experience’ categories.
We look to hire people with strong interest in web technology, good problem solving and analytical skills and a desire to learn and persevere, who can work well with others and contribute positively to the team. We prioritise interest and aptitude over prior experience. If you are willing to learn, we are ready to teach you.
We will be hiring for a Software Development Degree Apprentice.
If you're interested in exploring the world of web technology, we offer work experience in partnership with local schools and Abingdon & Witney College. This offers a hands-on experience of what it is like to work in this area. Students have told us that they really enjoyed their time with us.

"Before I worked at Olamalu I had very little work experience, at most maybe one or two weeks as a placement. Here, they made me feel like one of the family straight away. They really took me on board during those first few months, and really showed me how to be a great software developer."
